  • Absolutely! I’d be happy to work with you to explore your feelings around weight loss, body image, and your lived experiences with the goal of helping you feel your best.

I am not against working with anyone who wants to lose weight. With so much messaging around fatphobia and putting thinner bodies on a pedestal, I completely empathize with the desire to lose weight. However, please keep in mind that my goal is to help you feel your best, and that I take a weight neutral approach to health and wellness. Even though I don’t provide weight loss services, we can still hold space for your desire to lose weight as we work through your current beliefs and values.

  • No, I do not offer meal planning or macro tracking services. Every individual’s nutrition needs, food preferences, dietary restrictions, and so on are so unique, that I want to work with you to make sustainable changes that work best for you and your lifestyle. Additionally, meal plans and calorie/macro tracking are often short term approaches that often don’t lead to successful long term lifestyle changes
